Description
This form is for use by landlords in Florida who have residential tenants that are not complying with the rules of their lease agreement. These reasons should be for those other than nonpayment of rent. If a tenant owes you money that is considered rent under the lease agreement, you should use the 3-Day Notice (Residential) form. This template notifies your tenants that they must comply with the lease agreement within seven days or the lease will be terminated without further notice.
